anchored by the top-notch rhythm team of Aaron Gonzales (bass) and Stefan Gonzales (drums) [sons of legendary dallas

trumpeter Dennis Gonzales]. Their sound is somewhat akin to north-side Chicago scene groups such as Chicago Underground

Quartet, but is entirely fresh. Their self-titled CD won the award for "Top Jazz Album of 2008" in the main Portuguese jazz
